Qualifications

• Willing to work hard and stay motivated in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to stand for long periods during shifts and multitask when needed.
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 30 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and pans to keep the kitchen area clean and functional.
• Keep the dishwasher running and stocked with clean dishes.
• Put away clean dishes and pans after use.
• Stock areas for other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain a dry and clean floor to prevent hazards.
• Assist team members as needed to support service.
