ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and guest experience. You will maintain hygiene, assist with dishwashing, and help keep a clean, efficient kitchen. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
• Work cooperatively with all staff
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Operate dish machine with correct chemical levels
• Follow sanitation regulations and standards
• Bussing, rinsing and handling dishes efficiently
• Wash pots and pans after each use
• Keep trash areas and dumpster area clean
• Store silverware properly
• Ensure an inviting, clean restaurant environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
