ACGBBQ, LLC. is hiring a Back-of-House Team Member (Dishwasher) for our Sarasota, FL location. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, support a fast-paced environment, and ensure guests enjoy a welcoming experience.

Key duties include dishwashing, sanitation, and coordinating with other Team Members. The position offers family-friendly hours, benefits opportunities, and a path to long-term growth within Sonny’s BBQ family.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Work cooperatively with all staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep workstation and dining areas clean and organized.
• Operate dishmachine and use proper cleaning chemicals.
• Follow sanitation regulations and system standards.
• Buss, sort, rinse, and rack dishes after use.
• Wash pots and pans after each use.
• Empty trash and maintain dumpster area.
• Store silverware in correct locations and keep kitchen stocked.
• Maintain floors and restrooms in clean condition.
• Ensure restaurant environment is inviting and tidy for guests.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
