DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Westborough is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to uphold cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas, ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils meet high standards for a premium dining experience. The role offers a part-time morning schedule with opportunities for career advancement through our Management Development Program.

Prior hotel experience is welcome, but we provide thorough training to grow into leadership positions within a positive team

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work mornings/part-time.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization, adhere to safe work practices and health/sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Must be able to work a part time morning schedule
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible work schedulerequired for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.

$16.50 per hour.
