Job summary

Doubletree-By-Hilton Westborough is seeking a dedicated part-time Dishwasher to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in our busy kitchen. You will wash dishes, glassware, pots and utensils, ensuring they gleam and are ready for service, contributing to our reputation for culinary excellence and a memorable guest experience.

Prior hotel experience is a plus, but we train the right hospitality professional.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career.
• Must be able to work a part time morning schedule
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible work schedule required for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas,equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization, adhere to safe work and equipment practices, and follow all food safety, health and sanitation standards
