Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking team members for its kitchen operations in Oklahoma. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen, requiring standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shifts include weekends and holidays in a casino setting with exposure to smoke and noise. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, promoting safety standards, washing dishes, mopping floors, and supporting a welcoming dining environment across multiple venues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards for all kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
• Wash dishes, mop floors, and remove trash from all kitchen areas.
• Contribute to a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment by promoting the "Big Six" standards.
