SUSHI SAMBA Los Angeles in West Hollywood seeks AM and PM Dishwashers to keep a busy kitchen running smoothly in a vibrant, multicultural setting.

You will wash, sanitize, and stock dishes, support food prep, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role offers growth potential within a globally celebrated brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Dishwasher.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently.
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain high standards.
• A strong work ethic, ambition, and desire to learn and grow within the team.
• A sense of ownership and accountability in your role.
• Valid Food Handler Card.
• Valid documentation confirming your right to work in the U.S.

• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Stock serving stations with food supplies and utensils.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated collection areas.
