SUSHISAMBA Los Angeles in West Hollywood is hiring passionate Sushi Cooks to join a dynamic, world-renowned brand renowned for its culinary creativity, immersive design, and high-energy atmosphere.

You will help deliver unforgettable hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting, maintain food quality, follow recipes, and collaborate with management and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher.
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Possession of valid Food Handler Card.
• Right to work in the U.S.

• Maintain food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain standards of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
• Follow recipes in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
• Comply with company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximizing productivity and profitability
• Execute dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Liaise with restaurant manager and service staff regarding service issues

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction

• Follow recipes in line with SUSHISAMBA standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher
• The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
• The ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
Full ownership of your role
• Possession of valid Food Handler Card
• Validdocumentation of your right to work in the U.S
