SUSHI SAMBA Los Angeles in West Hollywood is hiring AM and PM Dishwashers to support our world-renowned hospitality brand and deliver seamless service in a vibrant setting.

You will wash dishes, stock stations, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen. This role offers training, career growth, and shift options.

Eligibility includes prior dishwasher experience, valid Food Handler Card, and right to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a Dishwasher.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
• Able to follow established processes and maintain high standards.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic, ambition and willingness to learn and grow.
• Shows ownership and accountability in role.
• Valid Food Handler Card.
• Valid documentation confirming right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Stock serving stations with food supplies and utensils.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated collection areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Dishwasher
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain high standards
• A strong work ethic, ambition, and desire to learn and grow within the team
• A sense of ownership and accountability in your role
• Valid Food Handler Card
• Valid documentation confirming your right to work in the U.S.
