Wears the required uniform in clean, well-maintained condition. Maintains professional appearance, positive personal hygiene, and cleanliness throughout each shift.* **Guest experience and hospitality:** Consistently exemplifies SAVR’s hospitality standards. Answers guest questions about the menu, ingredients, and dining experience. Responds to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to a manager when appropriate, with guest satisfaction as the priority.* **Teamwork and communication:** Works collaboratively with managers and teammates to support service flow and assist with side work and shift responsibilities as needed. Communicates clearly and respectfully and offers suggestions for improvement in a constructive manner.* **Safety and sanitation:** Follows all SAVR policies and all applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation requirements. Uses equipment, tools, and chemicals properly. Immediately reports hazards, spills, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.* **Emergency readiness:** Understands and follows SAVR emergency procedures, including fire safety, evacuation, and incident reporting protocols.* **Policy compliance:** Performs assigned duties in accordance with SAVR standards, procedures, and the Associate Handbook, and maintains working knowledge of all relevant policies and expectations.
