## Description**Behaviors*** **Detail-Oriented:** Able to execute SAVR standards consistently, follow recipes and steps accurately, and complete side work, closing tasks, and guest requests thoroughly.* **Team Player:** Works collaboratively with the SAVR management and service team, communicates clearly during service, and jumps in to support the floor, bar, or kitchen when needed.* **Enthusiastic:** Brings positive energy to each shift, stays engaged during busy and slower periods, and contributes to a welcoming experience for guests and teammates.**Motivations*** **Self-Starter:** Takes initiative, stays productive without constant direction, and identifies what needs to be done next during prep, service, and close.* **Growth Opportunities:** Motivated by learning SAVR systems and standards, expanding skills, and taking on additional responsibility as performance and trust are earned.* **Flexibility:** Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing service needs, and can adapt to business demands, shift priorities, and scheduling requirements.**Experience*** **1–3 years restaurant experience preferred:** Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment is a plus, with familiarity in guest-facing service, teamwork, and restaurant pacing.## QualificationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION AT SAVR INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:* **Attendance and professionalism:** Reports to SAVR on time as scheduled and is prepared to work. Wears the required uniform in clean, well-maintained condition. Maintains professional appearance, positive personal hygiene, and cleanliness throughout each shift.* **Guest experience and hospitality:** Consistently exemplifies SAVR’s hospitality standards. Answers guest questions about the menu, ingredients, and dining experience. Responds to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to a manager when appropriate, with guest satisfaction as the priority.* **Teamwork and communication:** Works collaboratively with managers and teammates to support service flow and assist with side work and shift responsibilities as needed. Communicates clearly and respectfully and offers suggestions for improvement in a constructive manner.* **Safety and sanitation:** Follows all SAVR policies and all applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation requirements. Uses equipment, tools, and chemicals properly. Immediately reports hazards, spills, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.* **Emergency readiness:** Understands and follows SAVR emergency procedures, including fire safety, evacuation, and incident reporting protocols.* **Policy compliance:** Performs assigned duties in accordance with SAVR standards, procedures, and the Associate Handbook, and maintains working knowledge of all relevant policies and expectations.
