Terratron is seeking a dependable Dishwasher for our Rochester, MN kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of dishes, cookware, and workstations, directly supporting service speed and quality. Responsibilities include washing, restocking, floor care, and assisting with basic prep while following health and sanitation guidelines.

• Wash and sanitize all plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using our commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink.
• Carefully and quickly unload clean items and restock them in their proper storage areas and cook lines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing station throughout your shift.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe down counters, and clean kitchen equipment as needed.
• Empty trash cans, compost, and recycling bins, replacing liners regularly.
• Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning) and unloading inventory deliveries during slower periods.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
