Job summary

Madera Group is seeking a Dishwasher in Scottsdale, AZ to wash and sanitize dishes, maintain a clean dish area, and support kitchen staff. You will work closely with Sous Chefs, kitchen manager, line cooks, and front of house staff to ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service.

You must be detail oriented, able to follow procedures, and a strong team player with reliable night and weekend availability.

Job description

The Dishwasher is responsible for the washing and sanitation of all flatware, glassware, and china being brought back to the dish pit, for maintaining the dishwashing area to meet department of health standards, removing trash, and keeping all exterior trash areas clean. This person will be working closely with the Sous Chefs, kitchen manager and line cooks and all front of house employees to ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and returned to service.
