Job summary

Harri is seeking a Dishwasher to support a high-energy hospitality environment in West Hollywood. You will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all flatware, glassware, and china, while keeping the dish area compliant with health standards and clean for service.

The Dishwasher is responsible for the washing and sanitation of all flatware, glassware, and china being brought back to the dish pit, for maintaining the dishwashing area to meet department of health standards, removing trash, and keeping all exterior trash areas clean. This person will be working closely with the Sous Chefs, kitchen manager and line cooks and all front of house employees to ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and returned to service.

Responsibilities
