This opportunity is for a weekend Dishwasher at an award-winning restaurant located on 900 South in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves maintaining clean kitchen areas, washing and sorting dishes, and assisting in food prep as needed. The position offers growth potential within our hospitality family.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into the dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish machine
• Unload and organize dishes and utensils
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Sweep and mop the work area and kitchen
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested

Ideal Candidates

• Prompt, reliable, and punctual
• Works well with a team
• Experience in a restaurant preferred
• Able to lift 25 lbs or more
• Knowledge of health policies
• Efficient and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a food handler certification
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Proficiency in English

Physical Requirements
