Job summary

Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay is seeking a dedicated team member for a food service role in Roseville, CA. The position supports meal setup, dishwashing, and general service tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations and resident satisfaction.

Starting pay is $17.40–$20.96 per hour, with benefits, a 401K plan, and a welcoming workplace culture. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a non-profit aging-services setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred.
• Understanding of quality customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of meals.
• Wash dishes and maintain warewashing logs.
• Assist supervisor/manager in assigned tasks.
• Maintain department cleanliness per cleaning schedule.
• Report damage or problems to supervisor/maintenance.
• Follow Eskaton safety guidelines and dress code.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assistsin the set up and break downmeals.
• WashesdishesIAW warewashing policy.Maintains dish machine and sanitization logs.

Starting pay ranges from $17.40 per hour - $20.96 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.

Qualifications

Education:
High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.

Training and Experience:
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred.

Knowledge and Abilities:
Understands the philosophy of quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
