Eskaton Properties, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a dining room team member to supervise wait staff, maintain dining room standards, and support residents with courteous, timely service.
The role includes onboarding new staff, assisting the Food Service Director, and ensuring safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas. The position requires at least one year of food service experience and a California Food Handler certification preference.

Starting pay ranges from $20.87 per hour - $25.42 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.
Education: High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.
Training and Experience: A minimum of one (1) year work experience in food service operations. California Food Handler.
Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to understand and work harmoniously with residents, staff and healthcare professionals. Ability to maintain high professional and ethical standards. Computer knowledge is helpful but not required.

Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
