True Food Kitchen in Raleigh, North Hills, is seeking a dishwashing teammate to help keep the restaurant clean and efficient during service. You’ll operate the dish machine, wash and rotate ware, and support the kitchen by maintaining sanitation and organization.

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required; the role suits reliable, hardworking individuals who can stand for long periods in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues

Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils

Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink

Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas

Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes

Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves

Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
