Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a detail-oriented dishwasher to help keep our dining and kitchen spaces spotless during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. You will operate the dish machine, rotate items, and ensure sanitation standards are met to support a smooth service.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain the dish machine with proper sanitation.
• Wash, store, and rotate tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
