Job summary

Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa in Johnson City, Texas is seeking a reliable dishwasher to supply clean wares and support daily dining operations. You will hand-wash and machine-wash dishes, restock utensils, and keep the kitchen and service areas tidy.

Successful candidates will have hospitality basics, good attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Prior dishwashing or dining room experience is preferred, with a positive attitude and strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes by hand and/or placing them in a dishwashing machine.
• Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand and/or by use of hand truck.
• Restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, washing work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Moving trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Performing other duties as assigned, including loading/unloading supply trucks and setting up banquet tables.
• Following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Proper handling and labeling of hazardous substances.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training as directed.
• Cross-training as needed.

SUMMARY

To provide cooks and servers with clean wares needed for the guests’ dining experience as well as for performing general and routine cleaning tasks.

DUTIES

SCHEDULE:
