Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our event operations. You will help load and unload the dishwasher, hand wash items when needed, and ensure a constant supply of clean dishes during busy service times.

Join a team-focused environment in Texas, with weekend and evening shifts. A valid Texas Food Handlers license and the ability to work nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Texas Food Handlers license required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, collect, load and unload dishwasher during events.
• Store cleaned kitchenware properly and ensure supplies during peak times.

Hand wash items as necessary.Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately.Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time.Remove garbage regularly.Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors.Ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas.Exhibiting a teamwork atmosphere.Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends.Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Qualifications:Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferredEducation: Applicable Work History and Food Handlers license required in TexasPhysical: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hoursOther: Submit to a background check, must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & Schedule:Part-Time: Weekends and Evenings when events take placeMust be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, late nightsHourly: $18 per hour401k with 4% MatchIf you’re ready to turn dreams into reality and drive unforgettable celebrations, we’d love to hear from you!
