True Food Kitchen in Denver is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep the kitchen calling clean and ready for service. You will wash, store, and rotate tableware and cookware, assist with receiving deliveries, and help maintain a spotless dish room and prep areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
