Job summary

Hotel Leveque in Davenport, IA is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of prep, dish and bar-ware, ensuring readiness for service. The role requires strong organization, efficiency and meticulous attention to detail to support a smooth kitchen operation.

You will perform washing and sanitizing of dishware, maintain inventory of supplies, contribute to general kitchen cleanliness, and safely store cleaned items. Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, etc.
• Inspect china, glassware, silverware, etc. to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and take corrective action when needed
• Maintain an organized work area and functional stock of supplies
• Assist in general kitchen and work area cleanliness including surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping
• Work orderly and efficiently to meet demands of the business
• Properly store cleaned items in an organized, safe, and secure manner
