Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated dishwashing team member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, loading and unloading, washing and sanitizing utensils, and maintaining cleanliness of the dish area and surrounding workspaces in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate designated equipment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to stay organized and perform effectively in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify that the dish machine is functioning and chemical levels are maintained.
• Scrape and rinse dishes, load and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, glassware, and dishware.
• Clean pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand using warewashing procedures.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash in designated areas; keep dish area tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and surrounding workspaces.
• Stock and organize clean glassware, utensils, and dishware for service staff.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and maintain the three-compartment sink as needed.
• Support team efficiency by ensuring a steady flow of clean items for kitchen staff.
• Clean, sanitize, and mop various kitchen areas and restaurant spaces as directed.

PurposeTo maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware in order to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
