Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware to support quick service in a busy restaurant. You will operate the dishmachine, scrape and rinse, wash and sanitize, and ensure proper storage of cleaned items.

Work closely with BOH and FOH teams in a fast-paced setting, following safety procedures for chemicals, managing waste, mopping, and assisting with side tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect dish machine and chemicals; maintain proper levels throughout shift.
• Scrape, rinse, load, and operate dishwashing equipment; wash and sanitize items.
• Store clean utensils, glassware, and dishware properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area and surrounding workspaces; handle trash disposal.
• Help with mopping, general cleaning, and side tasks as directed by management.

PurposeTo maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware in order to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
