Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a dishwasher to keep dishwashing areas pristine and operations flowing. You will inspect the dish machine, monitor chemical levels, scrape and rinse, load racks, and ensure utensils, glassware, and dishware are cleaned and properly stored, contributing to smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate designated equipment, or as required by state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify that the dish machine is functioning properly and chemical levels are maintained.
• Scrape and rinse food from dishes, load and operate dishwashing equipment.
• W ash, sanitize, and properly store utensils, glassware, and dishware.
• Clean pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand using warewashing procedures.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and surrounding workspaces.
• Change dish machine chemicals and water; maintain the three-compartment sink.
• Support team efficiency by maintaining a steady flow of clean items for staff.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and timely service.
• Clean, sanitize, and mop kitchen areas and restaurant spaces as directed.

PurposeTo maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware in order to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
