Westmont Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for our Riverside, CA community. The role involves cleaning dishes, utensils, and cookware, maintaining a sanitary kitchen, and supporting meal service by transporting items as needed.

The position emphasizes adherence to health and safety standards, with required background checks and screenings, and offers opportunities for training and growth within a compassionate senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred in a kitchen environment (sanitation basics).
• Ability to follow sanitation standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of dishes, utensils, pots and pans; wash, sanitize, dry and store properly.
• Transport dishes to kitchen after meals and return to storage areas.
• Clear and breakdown kitchen areas during cleanup; maintain sanitation throughout shift.
• Comply with health screening and background checks as required.

What we need from you:

• Ensure cleanliness of major kitchen equipment and for washing, sanitizing, drying, and storing china, glass, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils by:
• Transporting all dishes to the kitchen following meal preparation and mealtimes
• Properly clearing, washing, sanitizing, and restocking all dishes, silverware, and glassware
• Properly washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils
• Returning dishes and utensils to appropriate storage areas
• Breaking down kitchen for clean up
• Ensure all sanitary and safety standards are met
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
