Mountain Capital Partners, LLC is hiring for a Busser at Brian Head Resort in Brian Head, UT. This seasonal position includes a fast-paced, entry-level role supporting the F&B team with cleaning, resetting tables, restocking supplies, and assisting servers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, work weekends/holidays, and obtain a Food Handler’s Permit/ServSafe if needed. End date spans the winter season.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining space.
• Keep floors and service areas clean throughout the shift.
• Restock napkins, condiments, utensils, and stations.
• Assist servers and guests; support food delivery when needed.
• Collaborate with servers, runners, and kitchen staff for smooth operations.

As a Busser, you’ll play a key role in keeping our dining spaces clean, efficient, and guest-ready. You’ll work behind the scenes and on the floor to clear tables, reset stations, and support servers, ensuring every guest has a smooth and welcoming experience. This is a great entry-level role for those who enjoy teamwork and high-energy environments!

What You’ll Do:

• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and efficient dining space.
• Keep floors, guest areas, and service stations clean throughout your shift.
• Restock napkins, condiments, utensils, and stations.
• Help deliver food or drinks when needed and provide general guest support.
• Work closely with servers, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
