• Assist in other areas performing maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work in a standing position for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
• Communicate clearly
• Assume 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
• Lifting, placing, and removing loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from the dish machine
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
• Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
• Clean floors at end of night
• Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, including tables, shelves, floors, and equipment
• Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
• Assist in other areas of the facility performing maintenance and cleanliness tasks as assigned
• Follow all opening/closing procedures for the dish area as assigned
