Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking an energetic dishwasher to help keep our dining and prep areas spotless. You’ll operate dish machines, hand-wash pots and pans, and assist with kitchen cleanliness across the dish room, kitchen and restrooms.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, can stand for long periods, and are reliable and detail-oriented. Flexible part-time or full-time shifts with opportunities for growth are available in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
