True Food Kitchen in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep our dining areas and kitchen spotless. This role supports the team across busy lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service, with both part-time and full-time shifts available.

You'll operate the dish machine, wash and rotate items, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure smooth operations. Prior kitchen experience is a plus, and reliability is essential.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
