Job summary

Angel Fire Resort is seeking a Dishwasher for the winter season to support our restaurant operations. The role emphasizes quick, reliable dishwashing, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Typical shift is 2pm-10pm with in-person attendance including weekends and holidays. The indoor kitchen can be hot and requires standing for the full shift and occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Join a dedicated team powering dining service.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand and with a commercial dishwasher.

• Assist prep and wait staff and ensure cleaned and sanitized dishes.
• Keep up with duties in a fast-paced environment and maintain dish cleanliness.
• Follow policies and procedures when carrying out work.

Job description

We are looking for Dishwashers to contribute to our team this winter season! This position will work efficiently and effectively to maintain clean dishes for restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail, sense of urgency, and work well on a team in a fast-paced environment. The Dishwasher plays an important part in keeping the restaurant functioning during dining hours.

Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, flexible, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays

Typical Shift: 2pm-10pm

Environment: This is an indoor position which includes working in a hot kitchen. Must be able to stand for entire shift and regularly lift/carry 50bs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Wash dishes both by hand and by using a commercial dishwasher
• Maintains a clean kitchen by mopping the floor, ensuring items are placed in the right home, and taking out trash as needed.
• Assists prep and wait staff and ensures clean and sanitized dishes to work with.
• Keeps up with duties in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness of dishes.
• Follows all policies and procedures when carrying out work.

Qualifications:

• NM Food Handlers Certification
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
