Job summary

Ojo Spa Resorts is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and utensils for dining room and kitchen areas. You will operate the dishwashing machine, follow proper procedures, and help keep the kitchen organized and sanitary in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, NM Food Handler certification before hire, and availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Description

The Dishwasher is responsible for supplying spotless, sanitized dishes for use in the dining room, clean kitchen utensils to the cooks, for operating the dishwashing machine using appropriate supplies and procedures and always ensuring adequate supplies of dishes and utensils. The Dishwasher also ensures that kitchen floors and the dishwashing area are maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.

Due to the natural environment at Ojo Spa Resorts, all staff must be comfortable outdoors performing physical activities, and be able to navigate uneven ground, diverse terrain, multiple stairs, and be prepared to work in unpredictable weather conditions.
