Job summary

Bear Valley Mountain Resort Llc seeks friendly, enthusiastic dishwashers to join Creekside Restaurant for the winter season. You will clean dishes and help maintain a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading dishwashers, washing by hand when needed, and keeping the dishwashing area organized and sanitary. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and maintain cleanliness.
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Remove trash, clean floors, and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
