Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold Valley View Casino & Hotel standards of excellence and guest service.
• Greet guests courteously and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Scrape, rack, wash dishware, glassware, silverware, and pots, pans, utensils.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary; remove trash.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Clean and stock supplies (plates, silverware, pots, pans).
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean hoods, stoves, countertops, and display cases.
• Collaborate with Food Servers, Utilities, Cooks, Supervisors and others to run smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Steward Supervisor.
• Work ethically and maintain consistent attendance.
• Adhere to department policies and standards.
