Qualifications

• Responsible for operating the dishwasher and cleaning dishes, utensils, and pots.
• Restock supplies and ensure health department compliance.
• Assist with food prep and plating as needed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans using dishwasher or 3-compartment sink.
• Restock clean glassware, silverware, and plates.
• Perform general cleaning to stay compliant with health department.
• Rotate stock using FIFO for food stuffs and dry goods.
• Store supplies and chemicals properly.
• Inform supervisor when items run low.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, garnishing.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables; keep areas clean.
