Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Utility Worker to help maintain the cleanliness of dishes and kitchen areas and support overall operations at our site in Raleigh. You will handle dishes, utensils, and equipment while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility with hours, teamwork, and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers as part of our service-focused teams.

Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils to be cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
