The candidate will follow sanitation guidelines, work with the Kitchen Manager, attend departmental meetings, and contribute to a safe, efficient cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all dishes, pots, pans, silverware and utensils per sanitation rules.
• Return materials to proper locations safely at shift end.
• Clean sinks and dishwashing area to meet sanitation standards.
• Maintain cafe bussing and refuse station.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for dish handling.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Kitchen Manager.
• Attend departmental meetings and uphold safety in the workplace.
