Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) from Monongalia County Health Department (MCHD) prior to starting or obtain a temporary permit by the first Wednesday of employment.
• Permanent MCHD FSWP required within 1 month of start date and maintained throughout employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

• Prepare all work areas for operation per task assignment.
• Maintain sanitizer strength and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Set-up, restock, and organize assigned area; keep a clean, orderly workspace.
• Greet customers and provide quality food service; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow menu cycles, use standardized recipes, and portion food accurately.
• Document temperatures and alert facilities of equipment malfunctions.
• Properly operate, clean, and store equipment; store and label food items and chemicals.
