• Guide clients through the full consultation and custom design process with care and expertise.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their vision and bringing it to life.
• Drive sales by guiding clients toward purchase decisions while maintaining trust and service.
• Manage incoming leads and move them through the pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout each project.
• Provide knowledgeable support on jewelry, materials, and in-store processes to answer questions.
• Ensure orders and projects are tracked, organized, and completed on time.
• Contribute to a warm, polished showroom environment reflecting the brand.
• Support day-to-day showroom operations, including cleanliness and visual presentation.

Experience Level: 1–2+ Years of experience in jewelry sales and/or design

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through the full consultation and custom design process with care, expertise, and attention to detail
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their vision and helping bring it to life
• Drive sales by confidently guiding clients toward purchase decisions while maintaining a high level of trust and service
• Manage incoming leads and move them through the pipeline with timely, thoughtful follow-up
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal teams throughout each project
• Provide knowledgeable support on jewelry, materials, and in-store processes to answer questions and problem-solve effectively
• Ensure all orders and projects are tracked, organized, and completed accurately and on timeContribute to a warm, polished, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects our brand
• Support day-to-day showroom operations, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation

Compensation & Schedule

Saturday required. Additional hours may be available depending on your availability and company needs

$20 – $25 per hour DOE + profit sharing
