Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate in Sevierville, Tennessee to sell guests on a trial Discovery program and capture their experience through a survey.

You will greet guests, present the Discovery option, answer questions, and guide the post-sale process to ensure satisfaction while aiming to meet sales quotas. The role offers benefits such as health and welfare plans and a 401k match, with preference for timeshare sales experience.

Qualifications

• Must have timeshare sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet performance standards and not be under corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey.
• Conduct survey of guest experience and present Discovery program to sell the trial.
• Answer guest questions according to company quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• Prepare worksheet when a sale occurs and deliver to Contracts for processing.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all policies and perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
