Job summary

F3 Law in San Diego seeks a paralegal to support attorneys with discovery, eDiscovery, and trial preparation. The role focuses on drafting discovery, gathering information, and managing document review workflows.

You will maintain discovery logs, oversee ESI workflows, prepare privilege logs, and assist with deposition materials. A strong emphasis on organization and communication is required, with supervision by the Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion or degree from an ABA-approved paralegal program or post-secondary institution.
• Proficient in English grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and legal terminology.
• Proficient with computer software applications and relevant office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and serve written discovery requests and subpoenas.
• Gather information from clients and experts to draft discovery responses.
• Maintain master discovery logs and track deadlines.
• Oversee identification, preservation, collection, and processing of ESI.
• Administer legal holds, run searches, and perform quality control checks.
