Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of study at an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience is required.
• Experience in automated litigation support is preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with legal research tools and court systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional paralegal support with minimal supervision.
• Conduct legal research and draft preliminary legal documents.
• Assist attorneys with litigation phases and prepare discovery materials.
• Provide customer service and collaborate on project management tasks.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw)

Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures

Ability to work under pressure
