Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client communication and scheduling.
• E-filing and drafting shell motions/pleadings.
• Calendaring discovery deadlines.
• Letters to counsel, clients, and involved parties.
• Assisting with scheduling depositions, mediations, DMEs.
• Retrieve records from experts and organize docs.
• Prepare jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers.
• Trial document prep, exhibits binders.
• Follow the Code of Civil Procedure.
• Propound/respond to discovery.
• Coordinate with insurers, experts, and third parties.
• Maintain organized electronic files in case management systems.
