Job summary

Fiore Legal in California seeks a motivated paralegal with at least 2 years of personal injury experience to join our fast-paced team.

You will handle client communications, e-filing, draft shells for motions and pleadings, calendar discovery deadlines, and coordinate with experts and insurers.

Strong attention to detail, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office are essential to deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Paralegal with 2+ years in personal injury.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling a high volume of cases.

Responsibilities

• Client communication
• E-filing
• Drafting shells for motions/pleadings
• Calendaring discovery deadlines
• Letters to counsel, client, and other parties
• Assisting with scheduling Depos, mediations, DMEs
• Getting records from Experts
• Preparing docs (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers)
• Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders)
• Follow the Code of Civil Procedure
• Propound/ Respond to Discovery
• You may be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, experts, and other third-party vendors
• You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining clients' electronic files within our case management systems
