Job summary

Doroshow Pasquale Krawitz & Bhaya seeks a detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing case workflows from intake to trial preparation. You will draft and file documentary pleadings, manage discovery, organize medical records, coordinate with clients and experts, and help prepare for depositions and trial while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in supporting our attorneys, communicating with clients, and helping ensure cases move smoothly through the litigation process.

KeyResponsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage discovery processes, including propounding and responding to discovery requests, organizing medical records, and maintaining case files.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses.
• Prepare demand packages and coordinate settlements as directed.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.
