Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a Discovery Associate in Las Vegas to engage guests with the Discovery program, conduct digital surveys, and facilitate the sale of membership experiences. You will answer questions, prepare purchase worksheets, and manage post-sale inquiries with excellent customer service.

This role requires Nevada licensure or the ability to obtain it, strong sales skills, and comfort using technology for presentations. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• Must have Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Comfort with using technology for sales presentations and digital forms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct digital surveys of guests' experience and present the Discovery program.
• Answer all guests’ questions in line with sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
• Prepare a digital worksheet when a guest purchases.
• Handle post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies; perform other duties as requested by the manager.
