Qualifications

• Experience documenting and managing business processes.
• Ability to analyze existing processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Experience creating and maintaining a requirements database.
• Experience validating that proposed solutions meet needs.
• Ability to develop and execute test scripts for product evaluation.
• Ability to compare marketing materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives.
• Experience reviewing solution configurations to maintain accurate capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Perform gap analysis for required modifications.
• Create and maintain a requirements database.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from providers and perform AoA.
• Review solution configurations to keep accurate capability maps.
• Conduct additional systems analysis tasks as assigned.
