Iceberg, a leading Am Law 200 firm, seeks an experienced Staff Attorney to join its Boston, MA or Miami, FL team. The role centers on sophisticated discovery and data management, partnering with attorneys, clients, and tech professionals.

You will manage all phases of the discovery lifecycle, leverage Relativity or Concordance, and mentor junior staff to ensure efficient and compliant workflows across matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of discovery and e-discovery experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience managing complex discovery matters and large data productions.
• Strong knowledge of e-discovery platforms such as Relativity and Concordance.
• Excellent analytical, technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the discovery lifecycle: collection, review, production, and vendor oversight.
• Develop and execute cost-effective discovery strategies for large-scale litigation and investigations.
• Utilize advanced technology and AI-driven tools to streamline preservation, collection, review, and production workflows.
• Advise internal teams and clients on e-discovery best practices, data privacy, and information governance.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions, pleadings, objections, and production protocols.
• Mentor and train junior attorneys, contract attorneys, and support staff on discovery processes and procedures.
