Job summary

Ejam Inc. seeks a Creator Coach + Creative Strategist to own the TikTok creator community program within Discord, shaping structure, incentives, and tiering to drive GMV.

You’ll recruit, onboard, and grow creators into a scalable revenue channel while turning the community into a high-velocity creative engine for paid channels. Lead a strategy-led operations approach, manage the coaching team, build repeatable playbooks, and report ROI to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in creator/influencer/affiliate program management or growth marketing with ownership of numbers.
• Experience running or scaling a Discord community.
• Strong commercial instincts; comfortable modeling incentives and unit economics.
• Hands-on understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop metrics and attribution.
• Excellent written communication; leadership experience or readiness.
• Experience at a fast-growth TikTok shop consumer brand; CPG/bev background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator community end to end: structure, tiering, incentives, calendar, and outcomes.
• Design and evolve the tier system; define qualifications, rewards, and expectations.
• Build and manage incentive/commission architecture; model economics before launch.
• Develop training to advance L1 creators to L3/L4; track progression and GMV impact.
• Own recruiting funnel and retention; optimize funnel health and cohort curves.
• Produce weekly full-funnel reporting on creators, volume, impressions, CVR, GPM, and ROI.
• Manage the Creator Coach + Creative Strategist; set priorities and cadence.
• Ensure coaching and angle pipelines yield shipping, improvements, and conversions.
• Run weekly rhythms: community programming, monthly reviews, quarterly planning.
• Coordinate with paid media, brand, and ops/supply chain; handle escalations.
